Brooklands, Tompion & Newsam
Tompion and Newsem forms one of the public open spaces within the Brooklands development. Tompion at the centre of the design creates an attractive square with three separate circular seating areas surrounded by planting including and editable garden and an iris garden.
Newsam north creates attractive green walkways through wildflower meadows and small leafed limes. Newsam south continues the limes with an amenity grassland area. Together the spaces create attractive, imaginative green open spaces which break up the built form and create a place for residents to look onto, walk and relax.
